Shipping Guidelines

My Dream Wedding will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible; however we do advise that you allow 21 working days for delivery of your items or 4-6 weeks for personalised items.

At present we cannot ship outside of Ireland.

Re-forwarding Parcels

Should your order be returned to us by An Post as "No Answer" or "Not Called For" then we will be glad to re-forward it on to an alternative address however an additional postage charge of €6.50 will apply.

Returns Policy

My Dream Wedding offers a no quibble returns policy. If you are unhappy with the goods you receive from us then we will happily issue a refund.

 If you wish to return any goods to My Dream Wedding you must advise us within 5 days of receiving the goods. Goods must be returned within 7 days of you receiving your order. All goods must be returned to our office in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received in.

We strongly advise that you return goods to My Dream Wedding via registered post. My Dream Wedding will not be responsible for postage costs incurred.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for our accounts department to process refunds.

Personalised items are non-refundable.

Paying by Cheque/Postal Orders

Payment must be received within 4 weeks of placing your order. If payment is not received within 4 weeks then your order will be cancelled.

Order will not begin to be processed until payment is received.
