The UPTOWN BAND

The UPTOWN BAND have entertained at numerous prestigious events,
including John Hume and Seamus Mallon’s official retirement celebration in
The Burlington Hotel, Dublin. On that occasion, the band shared the stage
with U2’s Bono, The Edge, and Paul Brady.

They played at the wedding of Emmylou Harris’s daughter Hallie,
in the Four Seasons Hotel, Dublin

They were also chosen to provide the after dinner music at
The Dragon World championships at The Royal St. George Yacht Club,
Dun Laoghaire in Sept 2007.Among those in attendance were Ireland’s
President, Mary McAleese, and His Royal Highness, The Crown Prince
of Denmark, Frederik Andr Henrik Christian
